I am very happy with PWRFULL! Because of them I was able to really take my training to the next level! My muscles have now gained much more definition and I have really enjoyed training more.
As part of the personal training sessions, I also use the nutrition app. Since I started using the app I have noticed a big difference. I have more energy, feel fit and I get results much faster. I now understand much better what impact my nutrition has on my training.
The trainers at PWRFULL know what they are talking about and I really like there way of coaching. Thank you!

I'd like to share my personal journey to achieving my summer body with you all... I had quite a way to go, to be honest 😅😭 Due to the lockdown, it felt like we were at a standstill for two months because we had to close, and I completely let myself go. I ate a lot of junk food, had zero physical activity, and didn't even bother going to the gym. With PWRFULL's guidance, however, I've successfully changed my lifestyle.

It's one of the best choices I've ever made: exercising with PWRFULL as my personal trainer. I've lost approximately 10 kilograms in just over 3 months. But looking back, that's not my main achievement. I feel so much better physically and mentally. I'm aware of the choices I make regarding nutrition. I think about what's good for my body and my health, and exercise has become a priority in my life. And it's making me a happier person!
