    While one-on-one personal training at PWRFULL can be highly beneficial for many individuals, it may not be suitable for everyone. Factors such as health status, fitness level, goals, preferences, budget, and compatibility with the trainer all play a role in determining the suitability of personal training. We recommend consulting with our expert trainers to assess your readiness and suitability for our personalized training programs.

  • If I trained once a week with a Personal Trainer, would that session be enough, or would I need to do more exercise outside of seeing the trainer?

    While training once a week with a Personal Trainer can certainly provide valuable guidance and support, at PWRFULL, we recommend aiming for at least 2 to 3 Personal Training sessions per week to maximize your progress and results. This frequency allows for consistent guidance, proper technique reinforcement, and ongoing adjustments to your program based on your progress and goals. Additionally, incorporating additional exercise sessions or physical activity outside of your scheduled sessions can further enhance your overall fitness level and accelerate your journey towards your goals. Consistency is key in reaching your fitness goals, so we encourage you to stay active and engage in regular exercise both inside and outside of the training studio.   • I have always wanted to have a Personal Trainer, but I can’t afford it as they are too expensive!
