The PWRFULL training is definitely recommended! I really like the personal guidance you receive from them via Zoom, so we could quietly discuss the week and they gave tips for the week ahead.
The nutrition app is very nice and provides tasty ideas for the entire day. This provides more variety, for example with my breakfast. Most recipes are also super easy and quick to make.
The fitness program for phase 1 of the training program is challenging, exhausting (in a good way) but above all fun. I have been working out in the gym for years and was stuck in a routine that no longer did anything for me.
I feel more energetic and fitter. It’s also nice that the kilos are decreasing in a nice and calm way.
Definitely recommended for anyone who wants to work on a balance between work and private life and wants to live a fitter and healthier life.
